Everyone found a universe in different place in the living room. No one was allowed to draw on the other person’s paper. One person then said what should be drawn, e.g. “Draw two eyes.” Everyone then drew a picture one after the other. At the end, everyone had to show each other the picture they had drawn. The result is always really funny pictures, because everyone draws differently or perhaps understood the “command” differently.

I’m always amazed at how much fruit and vegetables my sister-in-law has at home. There are healthy snacks every day. Fruit, vegetables, whatever. Today I got the snack bar ready. Arrange it nicely on leaves. One bowl of fruit, one with vegetables (I don’t like it when fruit tastes like vegetables, or the other way around, because they stick together).

It wasn’t even close to midnight, but that didn’t matter. We all toasted with non-alcoholic champagne, smashed a glass, because broken glass is known to bring good luck. And we did some research into how Cleopatra died.

When we were outside, a firecracker roared around our ears so loudly that the little man was so frightened that he started crying. I hate these firecrackers that are just supposed to be loud. No pretty glitter, sparkle, colors, shine. The main thing is that they are deafeningly loud. I think it’s terrible.
So we quickly got in the car and set off. At home I realized that I had forgotten my backpack in my sister-in-law’s parking lot because of all the hassle. So I went back again. Luckily it was still there. Nobody had noticed it in the dark.
